Your American employer will pay almost all your expenses to travel to America and work there with a legal work permit, that is costly and difficult to obtain. In order for you to travel and work in America your employer pays and arranges
your: Work permit, Air tickets to and from America, Domestic bus or airfare and a large portion of your recruitment expense to Away2Xplore. The total value of this Away2Xplore package is R 22 000,- .

In return for your employer paying all these expenses, you are expected to complete the full season uninterrupted and return back to South Africa in time as per your visa and contract. If you don’t finish a full season, or if you get fired (for drug use, for example), you are responsible to pay a penalty
amount to Away2Xplore. You are also prohibited from remaining in America, since this is a one season package and visa, as per your contract.

Conclusion: If it is your intention to go and work abroad, have fun, earn dollars and return to South Africa, this is the most affordable package available on the market and you may want to go back for more, like many others have done before you!

More good news !! After you have returned back to South Africa, you may re-apply again for another season to work in America. Some of our recruits have worked with our US employers 2, 3 or even 4 years in a row and kept returning for more.
